I am looking for a room-mate to share a townhouse near bus and shopping, or rent out a room. This is a 2 1\\2 bedroom - 1 bath house with a backyard facing an open courtyard. It\'s situated on 4 major bus routes 1 direct bus to Algonquin College. It\'s a quiet neighborhood.
For interested room-mates there is are 2 bedrooms available, large enough to hold a full bedroom set, desk, dressers and night stands. They also have ample closet space.

for Shared living accommodation with the smaller front room of the house a reduced share of the total rent is available. Included in this arrangement would be cable, and hi-speed wireless network. Not included is heat and hydro, which would be split.
There is laundry in the home, along with parking; plus there are three bus routes which stop withing steps of the door. This would be an ideal living space for Algonquin students.

Prospective Room mates must be Non-Smokers and be willing to live with a dog in the house. Also there are no other pets allowed. Employment references are required as are 1st and last months rent.
